Nicole has been with the company since 2016. With over two decades of experience in the insurance industry, Nicole brings a deep understanding and passion for assisting families as they navigate the often-complex insurance process. Her primary focus is to help families maximize their benefits, ensuring their children receive the necessary services. Nicole plays a vital role in connecting families with our exceptional providers and manages the new patient intake process, striving to make the onboarding experience seamless and stress-free, allowing families to concentrate on their child’s progress.

Her commitment to the families we serve extends far beyond her professional responsibilities. Having a brother with autism has provided her with profound personal insight into the unique joys and challenges faced by families navigating the spectrum of developmental disabilities. This firsthand experience fuels her unwavering dedication, allowing her to approach her work with a deep sense of empathy, understanding, and a genuine desire to make a tangible and meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families we support.

She works to streamline the administrative aspects of care so that families can concentrate on what truly matters: their child’s progress and well-being.

For the last five years, Dannie has been responsible for running and growing an ABA therapy agency now active in a dozen states.

Dannie joined the Regency HealthCare Group in the Fall of 2024 as the Group VP for its ABA activities as a co-owner and initiated the acquisition of Magnolia Behavior Therapy.

Dannie obtained a Master of Science in Organizational Development from the University of Utrecht (The Netherlands) and an MBA from the Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School (Belgium).

Over the last 25 years, he has been an executive in a top-three multinational staffing agency and consecutively in business consultancy.

His primary interest as a manager is optimally combining the human factor and business.

Dannie feels tremendously at home in the ABA field, where he can combine his business and human interest skills with his mission to make Applied Behavior Analysis therapy better available within communities, positively impacting the lives of ASD-diagnosed children and their families.
